Vlyvly Co. Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a full refund.
You may also choose to return the product for a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or to receive credit the following is required:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt (invoice) or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

If you received a defective, expired or damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@vlyvly.com for a full refund or exchange.
